We are located in: Level 5/111 Cecil St South Melbourne VIC 3205 You can refer to google map here to see route options. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early due to the office being in a busy traffic area. We are located on Level 5 of South Melbourne Central shopping centre, opposite South Melbourne Market. Enter the shopping centre and come to Level 5 via the elevator opposite Woolworths. If you enter from the underground carpark, take the lift directly to Level 5. When you exit the elevator, come through the right hand door and inform the "Happiness Team" of your arrival. By Car South Melbourne Central shopping centre offers underground car parking, accessible via Market Street. The first two hours are free, after that parking fee applies. Underground car parking entry via 111 Market Street, South Melbourne There's also local street parking around the building. Limits and parking fees apply so please be sure to check the signage. Public transport The location is accessible from the city via multiple tram lines: No. 96 from Bourke Street, and get off at South Melbourne (Stop 127). No. 12 from Collins Street, which takes you along Clarendon Street, and get off on the corner of York St (Stop 127). No. 109 from Collins Street, which takes you to the corner of Clarendon Street and Whiteman Street (Stop 125 – Port Junction). Then transfer onto the No 96 or walk up Clarendon Street, then turn right at York St. No. 1 from Federation Square towards South Melbourne Beach to the corner of Park Street and Cecil Street (Stop 25). Alight the tram and head right up Cecil Street by foot. Nearest train station Flinders Street Station (or ANZAC Station on completion)

Bathrooms are located on the first floor of the shopping centre as well as near the waiting area on Level 5. There are plenty of café and eateries within the shopping centre. There is also an onsite café , Timber Greens.

The first appointment is approximately 45 minutes in duration. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to find our office and allow yourself to catch your breath and make yourself comfortable in our waiting room. Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to understand your concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. We will discuss any symptoms or challenges you may be facing and begin developing a personalised treatment plan. Feel free to ask any questions to help you feel comfortable and informed.

For your first appointment, please bring any relevant medical records, your GP referral, and a list of current medications. Feel free to prepare questions or notes regarding any specific concerns to discuss with the psychiatrist.

Email us at narrm@queensroad.com.au to cancel your appointment. If cancelling outside of the 48-business hour of your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. We can also accommodate you by changing your consultation format to telehealth if you are unable to attend in person.

Prescriptions are typically provided during a consultation as doctors are obligated to ensure treatment prescribed are appropriate and meeting any regulatory requirement. Providing a script includes reviewing your current status and your treatment record, as well as the actual time involved in generating the script. Letters are typically completed during a consultation as doctors are obligated to ensure information provided are current and accurate. Providing a letter includes reviewing your current status and your treatment record, as well as the actual time involved in generating the documentation. Please email us to arrange a consultation.

Our doctors are dedicated to providing patient care during consultation time for each patient. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your clinical needs outside of consultation times. With consideration to the above, during your consultation, our doctors may discuss with you other supports you may need outside of consultations. These may include your personal supports, GP, psychologists or other health organisations. If you need urgent mental health support, please contact emergency services or go to your nearest hospital. You can refer to our Resources page for support options. Our clinic is not a crisis or emergency service.
